.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on suspicion he was apprehended and on search one loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge was recovered from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 4.3.2016. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioner. He has remained in custody approximately for six months. One country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
