In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made of killing the victim, who was wife of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the stage of 313Cr.PC. has also been completed.

In such view of the matter, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the court below is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37751 of 2020(3) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 for early conclusion of the trial.
