2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366A read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the victim had love affair with this petitioner and she herself left her parent's house according to her own will and finally, she solemnized marriage with this petitioner and in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39716 of 2025(4) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 this regard, victim's statement recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. may be perused and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State accepts the aforesaid submissions.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
