Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim was caught by the police along with co-accused, Upendra Sah when both had gone to solemnize their court marriage. Case No. 65 of 2014.
