2. The petitioners are in custody since 31.05.2016 in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated by reason of land dispute between the parties.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence, as well as the injuries sustained by the victim on the head being vital part of the body, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
