JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was caught with stolen vehicle by the police and, thereafter, petitioner confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case also. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.1.2016 and the investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28242 of 2016 (3) dt.27-09-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.171 of 2015.
