The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 registered under Sections 427, 353, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is on Police Bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.

In view of the above, it is directed that petitioner may surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. In case, petitioner surrenders and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been
