2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 329(3), 75, 109, 33(5) of B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that while the informant was standing outside his residence, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons arrived there and allegedly threatened the informant, directing him to instruct his son-in-law to withdraw the case, failing

It is further alleged that co-accused Aarju assaulted the informant with the butt of a pistol, causing head injuries, and co-accused Arman assaulted Md. Sahil, causing injuries to him as well. Additionally, when the informant's mother intervened, the petitioner allegedly assaulted her with fists and slaps.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in the background of land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner to assault the petitioner's mother with fists and slaps. There is case and counter case between the parties. (Annexed as Annexure 2). A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39783 of 2025(3) dt.27-06-2025 3/3 and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case no. 41 of 2025, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
