Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date on which the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present in the Court, therefore, he could not inform the petitioner about the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that only at a later stage he came to know about the order.

In the given facts and circumstance of the case, learned APP has no objection to extend the time as prayed for, this
