The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No.70 of 2024 (Sessions Trial No.368 of 2024) registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 448, 376, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim girl. He is in custody since 30.06.2024. 4.

From the F.I.R., it appears that the victim is major and the present F.I.R. has been lodged after 26 days of alleged occurrence.

In this case, the charge has been framed on 01.05.2025 and it has been submitted that till date no any witness has been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani / concerned Court below, in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No.70 of 2024 (Sessions Trial No.368 of 2024).
