JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners, I do not think it proper to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners, accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 34 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.

However, it is made clear that if petitioners surrender and seek regular bail within six weeks from today, the concerned court shall pass appropriate order on regular bail petition of the petitioners on the basis of materials available in the case diary as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12335 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 well as specific role attributed to the petitioners without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
