JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 The instant modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Rita Devi who has been allowed pre-arrest bail vide order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30891 of 2014 to grant extension of time of surrender in the court below. It has been submitted that the aforesaid order was not communicated to the petitioner in time due to illness of the Advocate of the petitioner resulting the period of two months have elapsed.

Under the circumstances, the time to surrender is further extended and the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court of Sri Umesh Kumar Sharma, J. M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and then she shall be released as per order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30819 of 2014.
