JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier vide order dated 8.2.2019 in Cr.Misc.No.2480 of 2019 the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on the condition that he will surrender within a period of four months from the date of receipt of that order along with a Bank Draft of Rs.30,36,834.22 payable in the name of Central Co-operative Bank, Ara and once the deposit was made he shall be released on bail.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.2.2019 on the ground that as amount was not arranged he could not surrender and by now petitioner has arranged Rs.5 lac and he is ready to deposit the same. Heard learned APP also.
