For the Petitioner : Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Advocate For the Opposite Party : Mr. Sri Arbind Kumar Pandey (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.
The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected twice by order dated 05.10.2015 and 27.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24248 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 17985 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2013 and there is no chance of tampering with prosecution witness and as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner has committed heinous crime and from the reports it reveals that case is fixed for argument and it is likely to be concluded.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30764 of 2016 (4) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his such prayer of bail stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within two months, as sought by him from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.)
