JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2021 As prayed for, through Video Conferencing, let the learned counsel for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 15.01.2021, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, through Video Conferencing, submits that the petitioners do not want to press this application as they want to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to grant them the privilege of prearrest bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.147 of 2020, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law on its own merit.
