2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Town (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 682 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other coaccused persons assaulted the husband of the informant and took away him. Later on, the dead body of the husband of the informant was found.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to old land dispute. In this case, nobody has seen actual occurrence and his name has been transpired only on suspicion.

5. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer of the bail and submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR and there is direct allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons of assaulting and committing the murder of the husband of the informant.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of bail stands rejected.
