JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2019 with the observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months.

Considering the aforesaid, petitioner has filed the present application after expiry of four months. In view of the above, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with S.T. No. 141 of 2019 arising out of Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017.
