2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 , 471 , 504, 506, 385 , 387 and 34 of the IPC .
3 . At the outset, learned counsels for both the parties appears and jointly submitted that dispute between the parties has already been resolved and grievance of informant has already been fulfilled and in this regard a joint compromise
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42712 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 petition has been filed in the Court below .
4. Learned counsel for the State as well as informant do not dispute the above contention . 5 . Considering the fact that dispute between the parties has already been resolved and grievance of informant has already been fulfilled and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gaya in connection with Magadh University ( Gaya) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
