2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the development which has taken place after filing of the petition. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that after the petition has been filed, now, the Respondent-Authority has passed an order on 26.05.2025 and, therefore, petitioner wants to challenge the said order by preferring statutory appeal before the appellate authority.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

5. It is clarified that we have not examined the merits of the case of the petitioner and, therefore, as and when the appeal is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be examined on its own merits.
