JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier twice rejected vide order dated 21.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54131 of 2015 and order dated 31.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34951 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2015, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and co-accused Ashok Ram has already been allowed bail, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the doctor has found multiple injuries on the person of the deceased and against the petitioner there is allegation for assaulting the deceased brutally.

No.17030 of 2017 (4) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015/ G.R. No. 312 of 2015 pending in the court of S.D.J.M. Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. However, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within a period of four months, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
