The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Manpur P.S. Case No. 10/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are alleged to have come on the field while the informant was cutting soil and assaulted the informant with sticks and also fired. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Three cases are lodged for the same occurrence. On the other hand, it submitted that firstly Subodh Bin, the informant of the present case was assaulted and thereafter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21663 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 other persons working there were also brutally assaulted. There appears that petitioners have got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
