This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughters of the co-accused, Ahmad Madari, were kidnapped earlier. After recovery, they had came to the Court for their statements under Sections 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. There is allegation that an occurrence of assault and theft was committed by the petitioners against the informant and others. There is counter version also that prosecution side obstructed in getting the statement of the victim recorded. Submission of the petitioners is that allegation of
