This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Amhra (Lakhisarai) P.S. Case No. 646 of 2021, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is accordingly, dismissed.
