Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with S.Kamal (Sahebpur Kamal) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of sodomy against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with S. Kamal (Sahebpur Kamal) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai stands rejected.
