The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28207 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2014 having no criminal antecedent. The amount recovered from possession of the petitioner was of the petitioner but he has been made victim of circumstances to which the learned APP seriously opposes by submitting that the petitioner was caught red handed with part of robbed amount. In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, learned C.J.M./ Magistrate is directed to commit the case at once and after commitment learned trial court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34753 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within four months after keeping the same on day to day basis.
