Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the order of the petitioner, others had assaulted to Ghotan Mahto as a result whereof Ghotan Mahto died subsequently.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was, allegedly, an order giver and she is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/successor Court in connection with Daudpur Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16416 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 Station Case No. 167 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
