The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 14 liters of illegal liquor from a motorcycle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the said vehicle. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 380 of 2020 (GR No.1352 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
