Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of D.P.Act . The petitioner is agnate of the family of the husband. The allegation is general and omnibus. The husband of the victim has already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 11447 of 2018. Other named accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 11445 of 2018. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11888 of 2018 (3) dt.23-04-2018 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Simultalla Police Station Case No.09 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
