The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 420, 467, 471, 468, 384, 386 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, in connivance with other co-accused persons, took forceful possession of the land of the informant on the basis of forged sale-deed.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no specific allegation has been made against this petitioner. Neither any role has been attributed against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the dispute is purely of a civil nature. Petitioner is neither seller nor purchaser nor deed-writer of the land in question. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49621 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1038 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
