By filing the present application, the petitioner is invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court seeking quashing of F.I.R., bearing Jamui P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 58 of R.B.I. Act. After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is of the year 2015 and it appears that after conclusion of the investigation, charge sheet might have been submitted and as such he seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to take other
