2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I.Act.

3. It is a case of cheque bounce. It is alleged that the cheque, issued by the petitioner of Rs. 4,00,000/-, got bounced due to insufficiency of fund.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
