The petitioner seeks bail in Bhorey P.S. case No. 32/2020 registered u/s 392 of the IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, Pintu Kumar. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade and Pintu Kumar has already been granted bail. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2020.

Taking into consideration the facts that petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2020 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade nor any looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
