Case No.156 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of I.P.C.

It is alleged that three miscreants on motorcycle looted purse containing A.T.M. Card, Driving Licence, Owner book of bike etc. from the informant.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Santosh Kumar Goswami. In para 48 of the case diary the confessional statement of the petitioner has been recorded by the police. The petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8676 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 17.11.2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.156 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relatives of the petitioner.
