The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No.239 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the first information report, the petitioner is said to have fired which hit the victim.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
