2. The petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2016 in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 35(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 125 litres of Nepali wine. Recovery of the offending goods from the possession of two petitioners is denied. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 20.10.2016 already suffered, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Madhubani in connection with Deodha P.S.
