Petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No.112 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that during search of joint straw-house of Uday Yadav and Natho Yadav (petitioner), one country made pistol and 10 live cartridges along with 5 litres illicit liquor were recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2019. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S.
