2. The appellants apprehends their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.67 of 2020, registered for the offences u/s 341, 323, 325, 354B, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(r)(s)(w) of SC/ST, (POA) Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
