1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(b), 18, 29 of the NDPS Act in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.74 of 2023.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, as it has been alleged that Ganja plantation was found on forest land and private land and on inquiry it was found that some part of the land pertaining to Khata No.34, Khesra 290, 22.5 decimal of land belongs to the petitioner pertaining to Mauza Barki Chhapi.
