Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that petitioner caused firearm injury not only to the informant but also to his wife and the informant sustained grievous firearm injury, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S.
