The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No.231/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 385, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection
