2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agion Bazar PS Case No. 69 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019, instituted under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 22.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31819 of 2020.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had killed his wife who was the daughter of the informant and had hurriedly cremated the body without even waiting for the informant and his family members to come.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and the fact that on merit the prayer was rejected on 22.01.2021 and there being no material change in the circumstances except for time and the petitioner being in custody since 04.09.2019, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

6. Earlier a report was called from the trial Court with regard to the position of the case. A report has been submitted by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-cum- Additional Munsif, Bhojpur at Ara dated 29.08.2022 informing that the case has been committed to the Court of sessions on 29.08.2022. Thus, this Court would expect the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same, preferably within one year, subject to cooperation from the petitioner.

7. The application stands dismissed.
