Petitioner, Lalan Sah, is in custody since 09.05.2016 in Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016, G.R. No. 362 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. 3.

According to prosecution case, 6 liters of wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the nature of allegation and the period of detention of this petitioner, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikarhana, Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016, G.R. No. 362 of 2016.
