2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua Excise P.S. Case No.07 of 2025, registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the FIR, total 1530 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from a tanker vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the tanker or the alleged recovery. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Prohibition and Excise Court-II-cum- District and Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua Excise P.S. Case No.07 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
7. This application stands allowed.
