This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing at the informant. However, no injury was caused. It appears that earlier prayer for bail to the petitioner was refused by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1641 of 2015 on 16.01.2015. Submission of the petitioner is that prayer for bail was refused mainly considering the criminal cases against the petitioner. Out of eleven criminal cases, six were lodged by the same informant. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2014.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11354 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 with Sessions Trial No. 98 of 2015 corresponding to Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Saharsa, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
