The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is of having obtained the appointment as a teacher by furnishing forged certificate of Teachers Eligibility Test (TET). The aforesaid accusation has been denied on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36948 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 behalf of the petitioner and it has been submitted that several persons were made accused in this case and most of them have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been dismissed from the service without putting her to any departmental proceeding.
Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
