Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.

According to FIR, the petitioner caught the informant, and co-accused Pampal Singh fired causing injury at the right arm. Thereafter, Pampal Singh and Dilip Singh caused firearm injury to Kanhaiya Kumar at left hand. The injury report available with the record does not support any firearm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10125 of 2018 (4) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barh Police Station Case No. 286 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
