Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

99 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the two wheeler of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36068 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Laukahi Police Station Case No. 73 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
