Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to sexually assault to a minor girl when she had gone to attend the call of nature.

Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2016. Charge sheet has already been submitted and whole false allegation is due to dispute that the petitioner had asked them not to ease in the filed of the petitioner. Considering the period already undergone by the
