Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 420, 467, 468, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as recovery made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case no. 43/2016 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected.
