Criminal Miscellaneous No.21753 of 2015 Arising Out of PS.Case No. -24 Year- 2015 Thana -PARWALPUR District- NALANDA (BIHARSHARIFF) ======================================================

1. Vinay Kumar @ Vinay Kumar Sinha S/o Late Kalkand Singh R/o vill. - Isapur, P.S. Noorsarai, Distt. - Nalanda .... .... Petitioner

Versus

1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner : Mr. Rakesh Kumar For the Opposite Party : Mr. Ambika Bhagat (Spl.App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. case no. 24 of 2015, registered under Sections 341,323 and 379 of the IPC and section 3(viii), (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is contended that both the parties being the responsible teachers have subsequently resolved the dispute. Admittedly, from bare perusal of the FIR it would appear that any such insinuation was not in public view.

Considering the nature of allegation and the submission of the petitioner, I am persuaded the to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21753 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 is inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
